  • External and internal carrier fabric constructed of 65% polyester, 35% cotton twill fabric
  • Vest can be worn concealed under uniform or as an external plate carrier
  • Shoulder with 3” x 4” adjustable VELCRO® Brand Fasteners
  • Two 4” x 13 1/2” adjustable side straps offer 4-point adjustability
  • Easy access, ballistic panel removal
  • Specially shaped ballistic panels
  • Carrier exterior color option: Tan
